No dia 10/05/2025, buscando o equilíbrio do formato, a Bacon Arcano anuncia a lista de Banidas do Toicinho (2018-2025).
A Lista de Banidas é algo que acompanha o Toicinho por toda a sua jornada. Aqui temos o resultado do estudo, empenho e tempo de todos os Tutores ao longo desses anos de Bacon Arcano. E enfim, a leva de cartas que não fazem parte do Toicinho. A Lista de Banidas poderá ser atualizada com o tempo e com tudo que o formato ainda tem para nos mostrar.
Sustentamos a Lista de Banidas e sua necessidade em três pilares principais, são eles:
Anti-jogo
Obrigatoriedade
Acessibilidade
Anti-jogo
São consideradas cartas "anti-jogo" aquelas que, sozinhas, podem acabar com toda a estratégia de um outro deck e/ou que possuem o encalço de tornar uma partida inteira extremamente maçante, no sentido mais distante de diversão para as duas partes. O exemplo para algo no estilo seria uma carta que por pouco custo destruiria todas as planícies (ou ilhas, montanhas, florestas, pântanos) do seu adversário. Ou seja, algo que definiria um jogo inteiro não pela melhor estratégia ou jogada, mas sim por conta de uma única carta e de seu efeito direto e vexatório.
Obrigatórias
Cartas tabeladas como "obrigatórias" são aquelas que, somente pela sua existência, levam dezenas de outras similares ao desuso em um formato. Parte do resultado desse efeito é a criação linear de metas, onde todos os decks se parecem (se não são idênticos) por conta do costume enraizado de uso das "cartas que já veem jogo". Esse resultado impede (como efeito cultural) a experimentação de novos arquétipos e novas estratégias dentro de um formato.
Acessibilidade
Um dos princípios da Bacon Arcano, e isso não seria diferente em seu formato oficial, é tornar o Magic um jogo acessível para todos. É levado em conta para a categoria "acessibilidade" todas as cartas cujo acesso é limitado aos jogadores, por diversos fatores. Cartas cuja impressão foi extremamente pequena, cartas especiais vindas de expansões extremamente antigas, valor muito elevado, etc. A falta de acessibilidade é fator de bastante desânimo com o jogo, em vários pontos, e não manteríamos esse ponto vivo dentro do Formato.

- Cartas que possuam, na caixa de habilidade, menção a "Comandante", "Zona de Comando" e "Draft".
